The Good Soil Scholarship Fund was created to meet a real and growing need in our community:

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow in an environment that supports their education and their faith – regardless of financial circumstances.

Our Mission

We exist to help families access Christ-centered education by providing financial support for private school and co-op tuition, homeschool curriculum, and other essential educational needs in a variety of learning environments – including tutoring and supplemental support for students across different educational settings.

How It Works

We’ve designed a process that is intentional, thoughtful, and focused on stewardship:

• Families apply for scholarship support
• Applications are reviewed through a structured and objective process
• Donations are received and carefully stewarded for their intended purpose
• Funds are awarded based on demonstrated need and available resources
• Payments are made directly to schools and approved educational providers

This approach ensures that every dollar is used responsibly and with integrity.

Why We Started

Many families desire a Christ-centered education for their children, but the cost can make it difficult to access.

While state-funded scholarship programs like Step Up For Students provide incredible support to many families, not all students are able to access funding, and some still face remaining educational expenses.

The Good Soil Scholarship Fund was created to help bridge that gap.

Our goal is to come alongside families, support their educational choices, and help remove financial barriers so children can be placed in environments where they can truly grow.
